Benevolence Fund
Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world. James 1:27
There are at least 3 ways in which this fund will be used
- Medical: Honduras is a country with around 7 million inhabitants. There are two public hospitals in 2 different cities for this many people. Although there are some public health clinics in the villages were people can be checked by a doctor, neither the hospitals nor the health clinics have medicine for the people. We have had people knock on our door who have a prescription and no money to buy the medicine. There are only a few people who have health insurance.
- Emergencies: People who suddenly loose their homes, car accidents, funeral expenses.
- Miscellaneous: unexpected needs
